I love Paul Anka

Hey kats and kittens - Last night was another ep of Gilmoreland... and all's well!

In fact, I was thrilled to see Lane and her troupe finally make an appearance (Sebastian doing a shout out to the father was depends worthy!!) and I am very pleased with how Luke is handling Lorelai and her quirks. If I had a hottie who was viewed nude by 7 construction guys... well, I guess that whole statement could never apply to me... but he handled it well.

Luke is actually being the exact man that Lor needs right now. Completely understanding and able to bend to her needs... and she needs a ton. This might actually work out!

I picked up Season 4 on DVD yesterday - it has a killer trivia game on it. We will have to have a Gilmore party and play a round or two. Sadly, my case did fall apart - I was watching some extras when I heard this strange tearing noise... then the plastic disc holders simply released itself from the packaging. It didn't stop my giggles though...

Yo

Nooooooo!!!!! I didn't get home last night until 10 p.m. so I didn't get to watch my taped version. AGGGGGGH....death to the Damfinoblog.

Naughty miss KJ. No major plot points revealed - actually, none to report.

Breathe deeply.

Nice to see you again Fino....

Another good GG....Loved the Zack "Jesus Beard".....

Luke knows that in the GG world he is a solid 3rd in line, and pushing his advantage into the 2nd spot would create major Mommy meltdown...Luke is wise and that moving things with the "force" thing is pretty cool too.

bunny out

Just as long as Lor continues to like to watch him hydrate... all will be good.

I would prefer to watch her hydrate the outside of her body.

BTW Jed, I got the new Ryan Adams last night. It's pretty sweet. I don't know if it's as great as Heartbreaker, but it's up there. It's very, very old school country though. I'll be reviewing it next week.

I was gonna pick it up yesterday... I listened to Heartbreaker on the way in to work.. pick it up tonight!

Did Calexico just put out a new album? Glimpsed their name in the paper.

Calexico just released this collaboration with Iron and Wine. While on the surface it sounded like an awesome thing from two bands I love, neither of them sounded enough like themselves to really get me interested. I also listened to Heartbreaker on the way to work this morning!

There will be many new reviews coming next week, I think. Exciting stuff.

And I'm going to Sigur Ros this evening. Crossing my fingers it'll be good.

I love Gilmore Girls!!

what more is there to say????

Kern said...

That pretty much sums it up. How's the knee Buttercup?

Buttercup kneeds some season 4 love. Get on that Sheriff!!

Kern said...

Jed, what did you think of AD the other night?

Buttercup said...

Well My knee is doing well I am back to work and happy to be here (which is a little wrong to say) but they took my stitches out yesterday and cleared me for work. Now I must admit that the Sheriff and I were behind on watching the season's on DVD. We have started season 3, which that first episode is a a doosie. I have forgotten so much but since I am a true member of the Gilmore Gang and have watched it since the first episode I feel that I can give myself some slack.

....since I fancy myself wonderwomen.

Buttercup-I'm with you there. I have been watching since the first season premiered mostly because of a very insistent TV columnist for the Seattle paper, but sometimes I get a little bit turned around episode wise.

I'm not really as handy with the quotes and quips as Fino and the Sheriff either. But since I've been watching for such a long time, I forgive me.

Let the Gilmore joy wash over you like a warm "happy"......
