A.D. Recap

So did anyone catch A.D. last night? Good stuff. Who else is gleefully grinning and waiting for Scott Baio to take over as Bluth family attorney, Bob Lablaw?

It's just me?

Dammit.

Anyone got any favorite lines from last night? I had a couple...

"I can just taste those meaty leading man's parts in my mouth already!"

Sheer genius.

Was Scott Baio on last night? I meant to watch Arrested Development but I was too catch up in watching Buffy last night. I didn't realize what time it was.

That's what I love about cable/satelite!! If you miss your show one night, you are assured it will have a repeat viewing a couple of nights (or even hours) later. That also is great if you have TiVo and you have two favorite shows on at the same time on different channels.

I should get with the times and get cable.

Scott Baio will be on next week, but they showed him in the preview. I'm excited!

Speaking of cable, my HD is messed up as is my HBO, and I had to miss Rome, Extras, and Curb Your Enthusiasm last week. Lame!

I will definitely have to watch next week. Can't wait to see Scott Baio on TV again. I always watched Charles in Charge.

Me too!!! I always thought that the Powell kids were a lot more spoiled than the Pembrokes.

Fun side note(read: pathetic that I know this)-I was watching a biography on the Brady Bunch the other day, and when they couldn't get Maureen McCormack in the eighties, they replaced her in the TV movies with Jennifer Runyon, whose name I knew because she played Charles' love interest Gwendolyn in the early stages of Charles In Charge.

I didn't even have to look that up. I'm a bit of a sad case.

I remember Gwendolyn but I wouldn't have known that fact. For some reason I don't remember much of the shows but I do remember watching it.

I seem to have a weird knack for retaining that kind of stuff. I don't remember a damn bit of my Western Civ or trig, but I can tell you almost anything about Mr. Belvedere or Charles In Charge.

I think it has to do with being a latchkey kid in part.

I nearly pissed myself when Buster spouted that tid bit of "happy"

Yes, where is that fine purveyor of beautiful filth, anyhow?

"The soup of the day, is bread. Unless you're here for the puppets"

and

"Are you going to buy this time or are you just curious?"
"I guess you could say I'm buy-curious!"
