The Fellowship was completed!

Hello all,

Sheriff here to say the entire Kreitner posse had a great time in DM this weekend. Jed and the gang were gracious hosts as always. It was great to meet the "new" girl Cara too. Hope to see you at many more functions(if the sheriff hasn't sent you screaming for ths hills with his off putting brand of gutter filth humor). You put smiles on faces and appear to be a great match for Jed. Also fantastic to see my sister and brother in law and their little slice of heaven Ella Pearl. Watch out this week Flop stay away from the woods or banjo playing freaks. Nice to see Jerry make a late night stop on Sat. too. Jer we miss ya you son of a bitch. Til next time wood chuck chuckers.

Hey all. I am now back from my trip to the Oregon Coast. It sounds like you guys had a great time, and I wish I could have been there for the filth flarn filth.

Hopefully all of you will be able to make for Kern Returns '06 and we can stir up a nice fresh batch of said filth.

Dude - where is JED?

Sorry folks - busy. Nice write up Sheriff - had no time.

Wish we had pics - we are so lazy!

Cara's ears are still stinging from the Kreitner classic "She's got her fingers in alot of pies!!!" comment!

Kern said...

Mmmm...pie.

Ooh - also, Sheriff did not mention that Cara sufficiently kicked all of our tails at poker Saturday night.

Flop seemed rather impressed... Kreitner held out for as long as he could... and I was denied my promised 20% of her wins.

She is a sly accountant that Cara.

(Insert filthy poker joke here)

Thank you Kern.

Poker her, damn near killed her!

Please note, I tried to exercise some restraint, leaving the filth to the individual's imagination.

Huzzah.

PS-Speaking of posted pics, check out my blog for a couple of fun shots of my time at the coast.

Bravo Jed on once again putting a photo bookend on another kick ass weekend.

Cheers.

ps: yes I am that scary in real life.

Sheriff, here's hoping I get to find out.

Damfino said...

You can't really tell - but Baby Ella made it in the pic as Sam!

That image of Kreitner is killing me!!!

Sheriff Officer Greg the Bunny said...

I believe that Josh took the pic just as Jed's smurf was nearing my smurf and my hairy smurf bag was comming out and my left smurf.....yadda, yadda, yadda...we all had a good laugh afterwords.

Kern said...

Are you saying that Jed worked your smurf like a speed bag? With his tongue?

Damfino said...

I don't want Josh taking a picture of any of my yadda yadda yaddas.

I just like seeing the mane of hair on you Kreitner... and your face whilst holding the sword.

You could not have posed better.

Sheriff Officer Greg the Bunny said...

Like Rita Hayworth..I also give good face.

Sorry for the lack of and late replying - drove all day Monday (10 hours to Springfield, MO from my hizzie), Internet @ the hotel was down Monday night (GRRRRRR!!!!), and yesterday was hell. (Got to the theater at 8AM, left around 10:30PM-ish, got to my hotel in Columbia, MO around 1-ish.)

I repeat what Sheriff said: thanks much to the Findlay boys and Devin!! Ain't Right, nice to finally have meet you in person! Oh, and Jerry, too! (Kern, you're next! :) ) We had a great time, and it was great to see everyone.

Also great to meet "C-Note". I'm still slayed by the "I'll let you have it this time" comment, said with the perfect tone. I love good poker banter like that! Sad thing is, I think she let all of us have what we won, then, damn near at her will, raked in what used to be all our chips. Sheriff put up the good fight for the XYs, but C-Note read his bluff at the end like the Sunday paper. At least she didn't pull any of that "tee-hee-hee, I have all red cards, don't I win" crap, only to destroy us later. Kudos, Cara! Rematch next time our paths cross! :)

Damfino, GREAT picture! I didn't spot Ella until you mentioned her. GUFFAW!!!

Later!

I should've said " ... C-Note read [Sheriff's] *semi-bluff* at the end ... ".

Damfino said...

And that... was McCabe.

I will pass on your admiration of C-Note's poker abilities - and I will again spoon with the Sheriff in his sadness.

Poor Sheriff....
