"The Aristocrats"

Who has seen this wonderful little film. Just Netflixed it last night and all I can saw is....

1. Bob Saget is filthy...truely Sheriff like in his sludge...Bravo Bob Saget!

2. Sarah Silverman is yummy

3. Kevin Pollak does a killer Christopher Walken

Must be seen to be enjoyed.

All filthy comments welcome.

I'm trying to think of something requisitely filthy enough to qualify for an Aristocrats thread, but I just can't muster it. Although...

Funny story about me explaining the premise of this story to my family, by the way...I mentioned that I had heard there was this really funny film out called The Aristocrats. I proceeded to explain that it was about one joke, and its many interpretations. My parents asked me what the joke was and I gave them a relatively filthy example. They cringed with each disgusting, detail, even my father grimacing and occassionally muttering "Jesus Christ" quietly wondering when it would end. I think sometime after I mentioned them using the family dog to mop up semen and the punchline, I realized I had never truly known what silence was until I sat with a giant grin on my face with the entire brood staring back at me.

"Um what?" I asked.
"I...I don't get it." my mom said.
"It's not about the punchline, see it's about interpretation"
"But what does the part where they go 'The Aristocrats!' mean?"
I was dumbfounded and gave it another go, this time the explanation sans the joke. I don't know that they could have taken it even one more time. After running through a well thought out clarification of meta-humor, I got more confused looks.
"Nevermind," I sighed.

I learned an important lesson about comedy that day. I guess it really is all in the delivery.

Kern - you have to understand... filth pouring out of your mouth can often be disturbing rather than funny.

You have that evil grin that throws off the unsuspecting. Those who know you well (who have experienced some ritual killings or floggings with you) can see through the shock.

Others just simply get sick.

Sheriff - no love for Drea today? Her last day!!!

I actually expanded that anecdote on my blog and it's going to be up in a second. It's pretty funny.

Sick, eh? Well, we'll have to make sure that there are a lot of buckets at Kern Returns '06.

Oh, Sheriff has some "love" for 'Drea today. As a matter of fact, he can't post because he's "tied up" at the moment.

Snicker, snicker, snicker.

Now you will burn in hell you sonovab*tch!

Drea made a funny little comment this weekend pertaining to Greg and I returning from the Musco-strip club!

"I noticed you tried to wake me up last night - were you expecting a little post club action? Fraid not!"

I am not sure why but it made me laugh to watch Drea in such command of the Sheriff's b@lls.
