By the way Jed, the word Damfino appeared in two different Buster Keaton films, did it not? For some reason I thought I read that one had to do with a boat or something.
Yar - that is where my use of it stems from.
In the short "The Boat," Buster names his family boat "damfino." Then at the end, when it sinks and his family arrives on a deserted island - his wife asks where they are... and Bus mouths "Damfino!"
Then in the feature "College" the row team boat is named Damfino.
How clever am I?
